Working with a professional and dedicated management team the contracting business and their team will

  contractual period.

The successful candidate will have the ability to: 

• provide high quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant/bistro environment;
• deliver a variety of cuisines and culture;
• enthusiastically work with the Club to deliver outcomes and drive the attendance and retention of members;
• committed to delivering best practice customer service and experience;
• deliver catering for high end functions and events;
• required qualifications, insurances and accreditations in place; and
• hire and maintain an adequate range and number of back and front of house staff.
